Do you offer decals on liveries from other countries?

At the moment we offer decals for a limited number of countries in Europe while our primary focus is the UK, but we are keeping all options on the table.

Can I get decals for a vehicle that is not currently being offered?

In most situations, yes. We can create the decals on your behalf. See Custom Models & Decals for more info.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on what items you've ordered, which delivery service you've chosen and where you want to receive the items.

All models are posted within 2 working days. Everything else are posted within 5 working days. However, that excludes any pre-orders.

In the UK, Tracked 24 usually delivers the day after, while Tracked 48 would usually take 2 to 3 days to deliver.

In the rest of Europe and North America, delivery is usually made within a week. Elsewhere it's usually within a month. However, customs may delay the process for necessary inspections and they may not release the item until customs charges are paid.
