Processing Time
All models are processed and posted within 2 working days. Decals, accessories and other items are processed and posted within 5 working days.
These processing times exclude any pre order items. They will be posted within 3 working days once they become available.
If an order contains both in stock items and pre order items, the order will not be processed until all items become available unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Thus it is recommended to place separate orders for in stock and pre order items so that you can receive the former sooner.
The processing time of a given order depends on the item that takes the longest to process.
Orders are not processed but may be delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Dispatch may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay or issue in fulfilling your order, you will be contacted in writing.

Dispatch Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted containing your delivery reference number(s). You can follow the item’s progress with the delivery reference number given at royalmail.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BritEM Graphics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order as they are not collected by us. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages, Defects and Missing Items
It’s our legal responsibility to compensate you in case of damages, defects, as well as missing items. Please refer to our refund policy on how we handle damages, defects and missing items.
