Refund policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Change of Mind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, with reasonable wear and tear excepted, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days from receipt to report any damages or defects, and you will need to provide evidence.

Item Not Received
You have 30 days to report an item not received, from the date the item was dispatched.

Returning Items
To start a return, log in to your account and follow the instructions. If your return is accepted, you will be instructed on how and where to send your item.
Pack the item safely to prevent damage. Any damage or loss during return will be the responsibility of the purchaser of return postage. If the return is not delivered within 30 days of approval, the request will be closed, and no refund will be issued.
Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted or refunded. We may sometimes issue a refund without requiring the item back.

Customs Charges/Processing Fee
We cannot refund any customs charges or processing fees as they are not collected by us. Please contact the customs agency or delivery partner of your country for a refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and some other items are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly indicated. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We may sometimes exchange the item instead of asking for the original item back first.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, or if a deduction was made. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve issued the refund but were not received by you, please contact us.
